1.1. The AdBlocker Project (the "AdBlocker") is an ad blocker extension to your internet browser with a social value. After its installation, AdBlocker will block the appearance of ads while surfing the internet with an internet browser containing the AdBlocker, except ads by publishers who agreed to donate some of their revenue to voluntary non-profit organizations or crowdfunding projects appearing on our list (each a " Donation Receiver").
1.2. AdBlocker is owned and operated by Brookesia Ltd. ("Brookesia"). For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, 'us' 'we' and 'our' refers to Brookesia.
1.3. Brookesia respects your privacy and the following is a more detailed description of the information that Brookesia collects about you ( "You" or the "User") and how we use it.
1.4. In this policy we explain how we will treat your personal information.
2.1. The AdBlocker installed on your computer automatically receives and records information from your browser when you surf the internet using a browser containing the AdBlocker extension. We may combine this automatically collected information with other information we collect about you. This information helps us to prevent fraud, provide certain functions and Services (as further described in Terms & Conditions) and keep the AdBlocker secure and functioning.
2.2. All the use of your privacy detail is subject to Israeli law.
3. Collecting Personal Information
3.1. We may collect, store and use the following kinds of personal information with respect to your use of a browser containing the AdBlocker: your IP number, visited URLs, ads or URLs of advertising services that websites will try and may present on your internet browser, ads blocked from websites you surf, your location and the language of your internet browser.
3.2. The data we collect is anonymous, to the extent possible.
3.3. Your IP number will be stored on our servers upon installation of the AdBlocker. Following the installation, each user will receive an internal user number which will not be connected to the user's IP number.
3.5. Information collected and stored by us will be removed when no longer required.
4. Using Personal Information
4.1. We use the personal information we collect in order to provide and improve our services, detect, prevent, mitigate, and investigate fraudulent or illegal activities, provide certain functions and Services (as further described in Terms & Conditions) and keep the AdBlocker secure and functioning.
4.2. For various reasons, we may send you messages about our services or your activity. Some of these messages are required for service-related matters.
5. Disclosing Personal Information
5.1. We will not share your personal information with companies or individuals outside of Brookesia.
5.3. Except as set forth above, we will not disclose your personal information without your consent, unless we have reasonable grounds to believe that access, use, preservation or disclosure of such information is reasonably necessary (a) under any applicable law, regulation, legal process or enforceable governmental request; (b) enforce applicable Terms & Conditions, including investigation of potential violations thereof; (c) detect, prevent, or otherwise address fraud, security or technical issues; or (d) protect against imminent harm to the rights, property or safety of the AdBlocker, its users or the public as required or permitted by law.

7.1. INFORMATION THAT WE COLLECT MAY BE TRANSFERRED THROUGH COUNTRIES WHICH DO NOT HAVE DATA PROTECTION LAWS.
7.2. YOU EXPRESSLY AGREE TO THE TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION DESCRIBED IN THIS SECTION.
8. Extension Updates
Your browser periodically checks for updates of all your extensions including The AdBlocker. Some general information, such as browser version, extension version, operating system and your IP address, are transmitted during an update check.
9. Retaining personal information
9.1. This Section sets out our data retention policies and procedure, which are designed to help ensure that we comply with our legal obligations in relation to the retention and deletion of personal information.
9.2. We will retain documents (including electronic documents) containing personal data:
9.2.1. To the extent that we are required to do so by law;
9.2.2. If we believe that the documents may be relevant to any ongoing or prospective legal proceedings; and
9.2.3. In order to establish, exercise or defend our legal rights (including providing information to others for the purposes of fraud prevention).
